Assignment Relocation Process


Customer Service has resumed full operations to include the following:
– Renewing dependent ID cards and CACs for all member (Active duty, Contractor and Civilian)
Customers will be seen by appointment ONLY with the exception of those replacing stolen or lost ID cards and pin resets.

Please visit https://idco.dmdc.osd.mil/idco/#/ to schedule an appointment using the following steps:

– Under “Site Locator & Appointments,” click “CONTINUE”
– Under “Show Locations Near,” enter “Seymour Johnson AFB”
– Click “SEARCH”
– There will be two options listed.  Under “Seymour Johnson AFB,” select “MORE INFO”
– Information will appear below the map image. Select “MORE SITE INFO” before proceeding to “SCHEDULE AN APPOINTMENT”
– Once you have read the pertinent information listed under “MORE SITE INFO,” select “SCHEDULE AN APPOINTMENT”
– The calendar will populate with the days that are available for appointments.
– Choose the date and time that is best for you and fill in the required information.

DEERS & ID Cards

The Customer Service section serves Active duty, Guard, Reserve, Retired personnel, and Disabled American Veterans and their dependents.  We support all members by assisting through issuance and renewal of ID card, and updating awards/decorations, SGLI and DEERS.  Members may also receive assistance with requesting passport for OFFICIAL travel. Official passports are by appointment only and must be scheduled by calling 919-722-8702.

Appointments for ID Cards and DEERS updates are highly encouraged, but walk-ins are welcome on a first come, first served basis.

Military Personnel Flight

The Military Personnel Flight of the 4th Force Support Squadron provides personnel support to two flying wings and four major commands, servicing over 25,000 military, civilian, retirees, and dependents. Services provided include DEERS, ID/CAC cards, Passports, SGLI, LeaveWeb, Assignments, Promotions, Retirements and Separations, Awards and Decorations, military record updates.
