Summer Camp – Fitness

9am until noon -daily- during this 5 day camp
The focus of this camp is to introduce teens to cross training, weight lifting and making exercise fun. They will learn how to lift weights properly, learn how to move effectively and safely, and—most importantly—feel and see the positive impact that being active has on them. This camp is for teens of all ability levels and is for both males and females. Ages 9-18
