|Jiggle-Free January Challenge– This is a great way to get back into a fitness routine after the holidays. Commit to the challenge, stay focused, track and see results. Users will track their classes and gym time on a tracking card that will be signed off by either the instructor of the class or the person at the front desk. Users must work out 1.5 hours a day, 5 days a week to complete the challenge. One of those hours must be completed in a class, either a 1 hour class or 2 half hour classes.
