Bootcamp with Baby

Location: BellaMorphosis Women-Focused Health Club – SJAFB

Days & Time: Mondays-Wednesdays 1 to 2 p.m.

Target Audience: Active Duty, Guard, Reserve, Dependents, DoD Civilians and Retirees

Details: This class is designed for all service members and dependents’ parents, prenatal/postpartum for all fitness levels. The women-focused workouts target cardio, strength, and core; it can be done with or without your little ones in a stroller.

Participation requirements are:

1) Pregnant moms must receive written clearance from their physician during their pregnancy for exercising while pregnant.

2) You must be at least 8 weeks postpartum with clearance from your physician to resume physical exercise.

3) You must bring your own stroller that can hold all the children you will be attending class with. If you would like to attend the class and are pregnant or do not have a child, no stroller is required but some exercises will have to be modified.
