COUPLES WORKOUT OF THE WEEK: Each week will have a different couples’ workout challenge. Workouts will consist of 3-4 various exercises (i.e. push-ups, planks, (1) Wellbeats class, 30 min on Spin Bike, etc.) that couples will have to complete. Top 2 couples will receive a prize. Family Fitness Center staff will track participation.
