Military Personnel Flight

The Military Personnel Flight of the 4th Force Support Squadron provides personnel support to two flying wings and four major commands, servicing over 25,000 military, civilian, retirees, and dependents. Services provided include DEERS, ID/CAC cards, Passports, SGLI, LeaveWeb, Assignments, Promotions, Retirements and Separations, Awards and Decorations, military record updates.

Common Access Cards or Uniformed Services ID Card
If you have questions about your CAC or ID, you can visit this link. To make an appointment, click this link. This site will guide you through the process of obtaining, using, and maintaining both types of cards.

Passports/Visas:
Official Passport and Visa applications are processed on an APPOINTMENT ONLY basis and must be scheduled by calling 919.722.8677, option 1. We do not process applications for tourist passports.
