Nonappropriated Funds Human Resources - Our mission is to provide exemplary customer service to all levels of leadership, NAF facility managers, employees, internal and external customers. It is our responsibility to manage and administer the Air Force NAF Civilian Personnel Program at base level, efficiently and accurately to ensure the program is in compliance with all applicable laws, regulations and policies. We assist managers and supervisors by establishing, classifying, and filling new positions, in-processing employees, leave issues, performance awards, disciplinary actions, unemployment, workers’ compensation and a full range of employee benefits-and labor relation issues. We are an all hands on office.
Additional Information: Nonappropriated Fund (NAF) Employment Opportunitiesare available to Military Spouses, Transition Assistance, Off Duty Active/Retired Military Personnel and Civilians. All positions upon selection require a NACI (National Agency Check with Inquires) be accomplished before appointment.

Military spouses must provide a copy of PCS orders at the time of application to initiate spousal preference. Military spouses on Leave-Without-Pay (LWOP) from making a PCS move should be prepared to provide a copy of the official LWOP action. The following documents required for appointment to a position include: a copy of the spouse's orders assigning them to Seymour Johnson AFB or the commuting area; a current resume; a AF Form 2545 (Notification of Personnel Action) reflecting the LWOP status.
