About ICE . . .
A DoD web-based customer feedback system addressing concerns in Installation Service such as: Dining, Childcare, Facility Management, Recreation, Shopping, and Travel & Transportation.
The Interactive Customer Evaluation (ICE) System began as a joint project sponsored by the OSD Quality Management Office, HG USEUCOM, and the ARMY 6th Area Support Group. The 6th ASG was the initial ICE system developer and host of the prototype system.

Purpose
To improve internal customer service- an opportunity for you to voice "what you like" or "what you dislike and how you want it changed." ICE provides fresh and fast information flow between installation management and customers.

Click on "Seymour Johnson," select a category from the list, and click on the info column to see service provider information such as hours of operation, phone numbers, and upcoming events. Click on the service provider list to fill out a comment card and with the click of the mouse, you can send it immediately to the manager of the service facility. ICE is the difference between the speed of paper and the speed of electronics!
